Here's An Exercise In Frustration

Some of us have struggled with this one for years. Now it's your turn. Imagine you're in a bar or sitting around at home... or wherever (no, pal, it doesn't matter), and after a few drinks you and your friends get to talking about KFAT. Oh, sure... you liked it, but HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE IT ? I assure you that many an hour was spent in this endeavor, notably amongst the sales staff (who needed a definition or a description so they could present it to advertisers), the air staff (whose passion for the music was as unbounded as their playlists and whose descriptions would be as varied as their playlists), and listeners (who were often as strange and as perplexed by this chore as any of us). SO--- You're talking to a friend about KFAT...and you want to characterize it, classify it, describe or define it. HOW WOULD YOU DO IT ? HERE'S THE RUB: You've only got one sentence. Any length, with at least some consideration for the rules of grammar and punctuation. TO WIT: Describe KFAT in one sentence and post it below.
